A little taste of your day-to-day:

 
Every day is different at IHG, but you’ll mostly be:
 
  • Good understanding of HR operations
  • Basic knowledge of labor legislation
  • Maintain and update employee records and files
  • Store, copy and scan company policies
  • Making the new hires get familiar with the company policies.
  • The candidate must also maintain candidates data in the HR database.
  • Verification of employees’ documents and then organizing them accordingly.
  • Addressing all queries and questions of all employees.
  • Prepare and distribute HR-related reports as needed.
  • Assist in organizing and coordinating HR-related events.
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned by the HR Manager.

 
What We need from you:
 
  • High school diploma, secondary education or equivalent 
  • Proven work experience as an HR Clerk or in a similar administrative role.
  • Familiarity with HR systems is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Proficient in using MS Office applications (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint) 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English is mandatory.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and HR best practices is advantageous.
