1. 负责酒店信息技术系统的规划、建设与持续优化，保障系统安全稳定运行
2. 组织制定并落实IT管理制度和操作规范，提升信息化管理水平
3. 统筹管理公司网络、服务器、办公自动化系统及应用平台的维护与技术支持
4. 协调内外部资源，推进信息化项目实施，确保项目按时保质交付
5. 指导IT团队开展日常运维工作，及时处理重大技术问题和应急事件
6. 结合业务发展需求，提出技术解决方案并推动落地，支持企业数字化转型
1. 大专及以上学历，计算机、信息技术或相关专业，具备3年以上IT管理工作经验
2. 熟悉企业级网络架构、信息安全体系及主流服务器操作系统，具备较强的系统集成能力
3. 具备良好的项目管理能力，能够独立主导信息化项目的规划与实施
4. 具备较强的沟通协调能力与团队管理能力，能够有效推动跨部门协作
5. 具备较强的责任心和问题解决能力，能够在压力下保持高效工作
6. 熟悉国家相关法律法规，严格遵守信息安全与数据保护相关规定
