Job Scope

As an Instant Service Agent, you will be the first point of contact for guest inquiries and service requests, ensuring efficient and courteous responses over the phone or internal systems. Positioned at the heart of guest communication, you will play a vital role in connecting our guests with various departments to enhance their overall stay experience. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about hospitality, enjoy problem-solving, and excel in communication.

A little taste of your day-to-day

  • Answering all incoming calls promptly, courteously, and professionally.
  • Logging and following up on guest requests and ensuring timely completion.
  • Coordinating with relevant departments to fulfill guest needs and resolve issues.
  • Providing accurate information about hotel services, facilities, and promotions.
  • Handling wake-up calls, emergency calls, and other special requests.
  • Maintaining detailed logs and updating the system with guest requests and actions taken.
  • Upholding brand standards and ensuring guest satisfaction with every interaction.

What we need from you

  • Previous experience in a call center, hotel front office, or guest service role is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic or other languages are an advantage.
  • Strong listening skills, patience, and a genuine passion for helping others.
  • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
  • Familiarity with hotel systems (Opera, or similar) is preferred but not required.
  • Flexible with working shifts, weekends, and holidays.
