Your day to day

Support the Operations team in preparing insights, reports, and materials for key business initiatives across multiple markets
Assist with creating engaging content to support internal learning and development tools
Help drive initiatives that enhance guest experience and strengthen customer loyalty
Coordinate and support key stakeholder meetings and regional communications
Provide day-to-day project and administrative support to ensure smooth operations

What we need from you

Currently pursuing a degree in Business Management, Hospitality, or a related field
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work effectively in a team
Highly organised with strong attention to detail and ability to manage tasks independently
Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and take initiative
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
