We are seeking a talented and driven Junior Sous Chef – Pastry to bring artistry and precision to our pastry kitchen. If you take pride in turning Flavors into unforgettable experiences, we’d love to have you on our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Pastry Sous Chef in managing daily pastry production and operations.
- Create and execute a variety of high-quality pastries, desserts, and baked goods for all outlets and events.
- Lead by example in maintaining high standards of presentation, quality, and consistency.
- Support menu development with seasonal and innovative dessert concepts.
- Train and guide junior pastry team members, ensuring adherence to hygiene and safety protocols.
Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Previous experience in a pastry leadership role within a luxury hotel or fine-dining setting.
- Excellent knowledge of modern and classical pastry techniques.
- Creativity, attention to detail, and a passion for flavour and design.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
