A little taste of your day-to-day:
Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:
- Lead and supervise stewarding team across all shifts
- Ensure continuous cleaning of kitchenware to prevent pileup
- Manage disposal of food waste, rubbish, and recyclables
- Enforce highest food safety and hygiene practices
- Support inventory and maintenance of kitchen equipment
- Ensure all cleaned items are safely stored
- Conduct departmental training and performance checks
What We need from you:
- Minimum of 1-year experience as Stewarding Manager or 2+ years as Shift Leader
- Hotel or resort experience preferred
- Strong leadership and team coordination skills
- In-depth knowledge of hygiene and sanitation standards
- Detail-oriented with a drive for operational excellence
- Passionate, reliable, and improvement-focused professional
