We are seeking a skilled Kitchen & Laundry Technician to play a key role in relaunching one of Jordan’s most iconic destinations. In this pre-opening role, you will maintain, troubleshoot, and repair all commercial kitchen and laundry equipment, ensuring safe, efficient, and reliable operations.
You will be part of a dedicated engineering and maintenance team, demonstrating technical expertise, attention to detail, and commitment to IHG’s purpose of True Hospitality for Good.
What We’re Looking For:
Vocational diploma or certification in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience maintaining commercial kitchen and laundry equipment, preferably in hospitality.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Solid understanding of health and safety regulations and best practices.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering high-quality workmanship.
