Due to an internal promotion, we’re looking for an ambitious and detail-oriented Executive to work alongside our Loyalty & Partnership Campaign Marketing Manager (Europe). Based in Windsor, our Global Headquarters, you’ll be supporting the planning and delivery of impactful marketing campaigns and partnerships across the region.
Your day to day:
In this role, you’ll work closely with your manager and cross-functional teams to bring strategic marketing initiatives to life. You will:
- Contribute to the development of loyalty and partnership campaign strategies, supporting execution from concept through to post-campaign performance analysis.
- Deliver marketing campaigns, promotions, and member communications tailored to local market needs and aligned with global brand guidelines.
- Support the activation and optimisation of regional partnerships — including Masterbrand, financial services, airlines, and commercial partners — to ensure measurable value.
- Collaborate with creative agencies, internal stakeholders, and hotel teams to deliver seamless campaign execution.
- Act as a regional lead for global campaign adaptation, ensuring transcreated content is market-relevant and brand-aligned.
- Analyse campaign data and provide performance reporting and insights.
- Provide day-to-day marketing support to regional IHG hotels and respond to marketing-related queries.
- Track and manage assigned marketing budget lines, including estimates, invoice coding, and reconciliation.
- Support your manager with other marketing initiatives as needed.
What we need from you:
We’re looking for a passionate marketing professional who brings:
- Experience within a corporate marketing environment, ideally with exposure to loyalty marketing, campaign execution, and/or global brand strategy.
- A degree or equivalent in Marketing, Communications, Brand Management, or a related field.
- Confident in supporting, managing and delivering end-to-end marketing campaigns.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with fluency in English.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive, results-driven mindset.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); knowledge of hotel systems is beneficial
