The Manager of Co-brand Predictive Analytics leads the development of high-quality predictive and prescriptive models to drive co-brand acquisitions and spend revenue. As a key member of the Data Science CoE in the GIAD (Global Insights, Analytics, and Data) organization, the Manager will work closely with the Loyalty & Partnership Performance Analytics team to turn data into actionable insights using advanced statistical, machine learning and data science techniques that inform strategic business decisions.
Your day to day
- Build guest-level predictive models for co-brand campaign audience targeting to maximize acquisitions and spend revenue.
- Apply statistical and mathematical knowledge, tools, and techniques to analyze data, find relationship between variables, deliver insights, and recommend action.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams related to co-brand partnerships and marketing to understand business needs and identify opportunities for leveraging data science to drive business solutions.
- Communicate complex quantitative analyses in a clear, precise, and actionable manner to senior executives and non-technical stakeholders.
- Guide and mentor junior resources in development of business knowledge and technical skills.
What we need from you
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and collaborative skills.
- Applied statistics skills, including distributions, statistical testing, regression, etc.
- Expert-level data manipulation techniques using SQL and Pandas.
- Proficient in machine learning techniques and algorithms, such as Decision Tree, Random Forest, XGBoost, CatBoost, etc.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a closely related quantitative field with 6 or more years of progressive work experience in analytics; or a Master’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, or a related field with 5 or more years of progressive work experience in analytics.
Location - Our hybrid work structure is an expectation of three (3) days a week in office. This expectation may be adjusted to evolve with the changing needs of the business.
The salary range for this role is $58,844 to $120,000. This role is also eligible for bonus pay. We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401K, and other benefits to employees.
