Do you have exceptional standards? We’re searching for a Housekeeping Manager to work alongside our team to ensure all aspects of housekeeping are befitting of our reputation for delivering genuinely memorable experiences to our guests.
Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be
- Managing, coaching, and developing a team of 100+ dedicated to exceptional housekeeping and laundry standards
- Handling complaints and special requests to keep every guest happy
- Checking that public areas, rooms, suites, equipment, and linen exceed guest expectations
- Assisting with deep cleaning projects and occasionally assisting your team during busy periods
- Educating all team members on the importance of remaining compliant with federal, state, and local laws and safety standards
- Maintaining inventory levels, preparing budgets, and driving productivity
What we need from you
- Education & Knowledge
A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Additional certifications or coursework in hospitality, hotel management, or a related field are a plus and demonstrate a strong foundation for success in this role. - Experience
We’re seeking candidates with at least one year of hands-on housekeeping experience, preferably within a hotel or hospitality environment. Prior exposure to supervisory responsibilities is highly valued, especially in a unionized setting, where understanding labor agreements, team coordination, and compliance is essential. Experience leading small teams, assigning daily tasks, and maintaining quality standards will help you excel. Flexible
Nights, weekend and holiday shifts are all part of the job.
- Communication Skills
Strong communication skills are essential for this role. You should be confident communicating clearly and professionally in English, both verbally and in writing. This includes interacting with team members, coordinating with other departments, and responding to guest needs when necessary. Candidates who are bilingual or multilingual will be given priority consideration, as additional language skills help us better serve a diverse team and guest population.
What you can expect from us
The salary range for this role is $70,000 to $80,000.
