The Manager, Integration Solutions is responsible for leading the strategy to deliver high-quality products with our 3rd party distribution partners. This role involves coordinating with business stakeholders, software developers, technical engineers, designers, data analysts, and other functional subject matter experts to create a comprehensive and holistic roadmap that addresses both short-term and long-term needs. The role will facilitate in-depth business reviews, communicate effectively across all levels of the organization, and support cross-functional product teams. 

Additionally, the Manager, Integration Solutions will prioritize and activate the roadmap, managing the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to launch, adoption, and optimization using agile methodologies, while adapting as necessary to meet stakeholder and customer needs. This role requires a skilled and experienced leader capable of generating innovative ideas for growth within their respective areas and demonstrating the ability to lead senior-level Product Managers or teams responsible for high-profile, impactful products. 

 

Your day to day 

  • Drive the development and execution of the product strategy: envisioning the future state through a comprehensive understanding of business operations, while integrating industry insights, market trends, competitive landscape, and distribution capabilities. This strategy should also identify potential "game-changing" functionalities and capabilities that IHG will need to remain competitive. The outcome will be a detailed roadmap of initiatives, encompassing both minor enhancements and large-scale enterprise projects. 
  • Ensure data-driven decisioning by using insights to inform priority of work, lead performance improvement initiatives, and measure product performance. 
  • Utilize domain expertise to guide product development by evaluating performance and directing the efforts of product teams, ensuring that products align with the priorities of the company, stakeholders, and end users. 
  • Experience authoring and maintaining technical documentation, including specifications and APIs (both XML & JSON) 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and leadership to formulate plans for each initiative. This includes, but is not limited to, developing a business case, defining repeatable processes, establishing project milestones, and drafting features, user stories, and test cases. 

 

What we need from you 

  • 8+ years’ progressive work-related experience in travel distribution with a demonstrated proficiency in multiple disciplines/processes related to the position. 
  • Experience implementing travel industry standards such as Open Travel Alliance (OTA) or Hotel Technology Next Generation (HTNG) is preferred. 
  • Ability to develop and present complex product functionality to stakeholders within all levels of the organization. 
  • Ability to lead and develop a team of Product Managers including conducting annual and mid-year reviews, development planning, and performance feedback. 
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Sharepoint required. 

 

Location - Our hybrid work structure is an expectation of three (3) days a week in office.  This expectation may be adjusted to evolve with the changing needs of the business. 

 

The salary range for this role is $58,834 to $160,000 This role is also eligible for bonus pay.  We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401K, and other benefits to employees.
