We’re on the lookout for a Manager, Sales Strategy & Programs (EMEAA) to join our Global Sales function, helping us unlock even greater value for our hotel partners and B2B customers across the EMEAA region.
In this high-impact role, you’ll sit at the heart of our Global Sales Strategy function - driving revenue growth, aligning regional priorities, and turning great ideas into measurable results within our transient sales segments.
You’ll use data, insight, and collaboration to build strategies that elevate performance across corporate, government, airline, intermediary, and luxury & leisure segments.
What you’ll do
- Champion and execute IHG’s transient sales strategy across regions and sub-regions.
- Build strong partnerships that connect global ambitions with regional action.
- Turn data and insights into smart commercial decisions and growth opportunities.
- Lead key initiatives end-to-end - from discovery through delivery and performance tracking.
- Inspire engagement through clear communication, coaching, and collaboration.
- Streamline and enhance our tools, processes, and programs to drive continuous improvement.
- Monitor performance, measure impact, and adapt strategies to ensure success.
What we’re looking for
- Proven experience in development of global sales strategies or sales initiatives within a global organisation, or in management of a global hotel program.
- Strong analytical mindset - confident working with both qualitative and quantitative insights.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence, align and engage diverse stakeholders
- Skilled at managing multiple projects and establishing governance, SOPs, and SLAs.
- Familiarity with hotel operations or sales systems and processes would be a plus.

This role in based in Windsor, for 3 days a week, with the ability to work remotely for the remainder of the week.
