Holiday Inn & Suites Dubai Science Park is looking for a dedicated Marketing Manager to join their extraordinary culinary team! Ideally located in the heart of Dubai Science Park, in the most sought-after residential area of Dubai. Minutes away from mega malls, magnificent Jumeirah Beaches, world’s leading tourist attractions and Parks, auto drome and over 5 championship golf courses, the newly opened Holiday Inn & Suites at Dubai Science Park includes 240 hotel rooms and suites and 84 one-bedroom apartments, anchor F&B offerings and an extensive 1026sqm cutting-edge meeting and events facilities. 

Your day-today:

A Marketing manager is responsible for the company’s brand establishment and the full spectrum of its communication while developing and executing marketing campaigns and managing and inspiring a team. Developing Marketing plan for long-term and short-term, year-round, tactical offers and campaigns, optimizing marketing strategies, creating and delivering activations, managing the marketing department's budget and team. Managing promotions, campaigns and positioning the brand to its audience both guests and colleagues. Collaborating with IHG Corporate Office Middle East for Regional related Marketing activities.

  • Establish brand positioning, identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments
  • Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration
  • Analyse customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies
  • Create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extract key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies, complete with formal proposals and recommendations on tactics
  • Develop creative briefs and guide creative direction to meet objectives for all advertising and public-­facing communications, including print, digital, and video assets
  • Conceptualize and execute on multichannel campaigns across the prospect and customer lifecycle, ensuring the alignment of communications and messaging in all channels
  • Manage content and updates for customer and internal touch points, establish budget guidelines, participate in events, document business processes, and provide sales support
  • Gather customer and market insights to inform outreach strategies, increase customer conversions, and generate more qualified leads.
  • Identify effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives with tracking and analysis, and optimize accordingly
  • Present ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams, and communicate with senior leaders about marketing programs, strategies, and budgets
  • Tracking effectiveness of marketing campaigns and reporting findings to the executive team
  • Negotiating and liaising with third-party marketing agencies
  • Writing and delivering content and social media plans
  • Managing the design and production of promotional materials, such as websites and brochures
  • Overseeing the company’s attendance at events, such as trade shows, conferences, and festivals
  • Hiring and managing the performance of a more junior marketing team that can also include PR and creative team
  • MARKETING SEGMENTS 
  • Develop long & short-term strategies and implementation for each Marketing segment including: Brand, Content, Partnerships, PR & Media, social media and all commercial aspects
  • CHANNELS
  • Ensure that HCM in Concerto if complete on all aspects of the connects 
  • Ensure that all online channels content are aligned 
  • Establish a community handling LSOP for all online channels and social media platforms
  • IHG FUNDAMENTALS
  • Ensure that the Marketing function of the IHG Fundamentals are promoted and delivered: IHG One Rewards, IHG Business Rewards, IHG Dining Rewards 

What we need from you:

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s International degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business or Commerce   or related disciplines. Experience: 3 years plus in relevant experience in digital marketing, including field marketing, channel management, paid media, SEO, social media, PR, etc. Ability to navigate and manage within a global matrix management environment. Management experience in a multifunctional team, including business partners and agencies.  Expertise and demonstrated understanding across a wide area of marketing disciplines i.e., insights, strategy, communications, loyalty programmers, partnerships, CRM technology, channel management, digital, social, PR, training. Technical Skills and Knowledge: Understanding of hotel industry, particularly in digital marketing. Superior oral and written communications skills including presentation skills, public speaking ability, and group decision facilitation; including the ability to write effective marketing copy, proofread, and follow style guidelines. Ability to influence internal customers and business leaders and effectively establish strong working relationships that produce solid results. Excellent stakeholder, negotiation and project management skills. Ability to perform multiple efforts in a fast paced, high growth environment.
