We’re searching for a Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives and drive brand visibility, guest engagement, and commercial success across all channels.
A little taste of your day-to-day:
Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:
● Managing the hotel’s marketing activities to enhance brand awareness, drive engagement, and support revenue generation initiatives
● Developing and executing marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and content strategies aligned with business objectives and brand standards
● Coordinating closely with Sales, Revenue, Food & Beverage, and Operations teams to promote hotel offerings, events, dining experiences, and special campaigns
● Managing digital marketing channels including social media, website content, email marketing, and online advertising initiatives
● Supporting public relations activities, media partnerships, influencer collaborations, and brand communications to strengthen market presence
● Monitoring marketing performance, campaign effectiveness, market trends, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth
● Assisting in the creation of marketing materials, photography coordination, promotional content, and brand assets in line with IHG standards
● Managing relationships with agencies, vendors, and external partners while ensuring brand consistency across all communication channels
What We need from you:
● Bachelor’s degree or higher education qualification in Marketing, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Communications, or related field preferred
● Minimum 5–7 years of marketing experience, preferably within the hospitality, hotel, or lifestyle industry
● Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media management, branding, and campaign execution
● Excellent communication, creativity, organizational, and project management skills
● Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
● Familiarity with marketing analytics, content creation tools, and hospitality marketing platforms preferred
● Strong understanding of brand standards, guest engagement strategies, and market trends within the hospitality industry
