Job Summary:

The Parking Cashier is responsible for handling guest parking payments efficiently, ensuring accurate transaction records, and providing excellent customer service at the parking or valet desk. This role contributes to the smooth operation of the hotel's parking services and ensures a positive guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet guests and visitors courteously.

Collect parking fees and process payments accurately (cash, credit card, or hotel charges).

Issue parking tickets or validate guest parking if applicable.

Maintain accurate logs and reports of daily transactions.

Coordinate with Valet and Security teams to manage traffic flow.

Ensure the cashier desk and surrounding area are tidy and professional.

Handle guest inquiries and resolve minor complaints politely.

Follow IHG brand standards, safety, and security procedures.

Skills & Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Basic math and cash-handling skills.

Good communication and customer service skills.

Previous experience in a cashier or guest service role is a plus.

Able to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
