Pastry Chef de Partie at InterContinental Sofia

What?

You will prepare pastries and desserts for the hotel guests breakfast buffet, conference and banqueting, as well as for the a la carte menu of our all-day restaurant in the hotel. 

You will bake fresh, delicious and various selection of Danish pastry, croissants, cupcakes, etc. for the most important meal of our hotel guests – the breakfast.

Who?

You have previous experience in pastry and cook with passion and pleasure. 

You speak Bulgarian or English. 

You want to continue developing your culinary knowledge and skills.

You can work in shifts /2 days work followed by 2 days off/, including weekends and holidays. 

You work well in a team, can manage your time and meet standards.
