Purpose of the Role
The Portfolio Revenue Analyst provides analytical support to the Revenue team to drive revenue performance. This includes sourcing and analyzing data, drawing insights, and presenting findings to support strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Support hotel and portfolio revenue leads in developing and implementing strategies to achieve revenue and room night sales goals.
- Analyze historical and future room data; produce reports, forecasts, and commentary as required.
- Provide analytical support for revenue-generating departments including Sales & Marketing, Rooms, Catering, and Food & Beverage.
- Track and establish pickup trends, occupancy history, and market segment development to facilitate forecasting.
- Assist in preparing weekly and monthly hotel revenue meetings and portfolio revenue forums, along with ad hoc reporting tasks.
- Collaborate with Commercial Insight and Digital Marketing Analyst teams for integrated analysis and reporting.

Required Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, or related field. Equivalent education and experience considered.
Experience:
- 1–3 years in revenue management preferred.
- Fresh graduates with strong analytical skills are welcome to apply.
Technical Skills:
- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel (VBA), MS Access, and database applications.
- Intermediate to advanced Tableau skills.
- Ability to manage large datasets and complex data structures.
Other Skills:
- Effective communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Logical and critical thinking.
