Introduction

Your day to day
- Manage revenue strategy across a portfolio of hotels, developing short, medium and long-term approaches to maximise revenue, market performance and delivery against hotel targets.
- Analyse competitor activity, market trends, demand and pricing by segment to identify opportunities and recommend strategies that strengthen hotel performance.
- Lead revenue forecasting and annual budgeting across revenue streams, proactively identifying risks, opportunities and changes required to improve performance.
- Lead regular revenue and business performance discussions with hotel teams and owners, turning insights into clear actions that support stronger commercial outcomes.
- Monitor revenue systems and distribution performance, ensuring pricing and system set-up remain effective while supporting new hotel openings and conversions when required.
What we need from you
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in Revenue Management, with hands-on experience in pricing, forecasting and developing revenue strategies.
- Strong analytical and commercial capability, with the ability to interpret market and performance data and translate insights into practical revenue opportunities.
- Experience using revenue management tools and systems, combined with strong Excel skills and confidence working with technology and data.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and confidently guide commercial decision-making in a remote environment.
- A relevant university degree or diploma, or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience
