Our hotels bring people together. We’re searching for a Reservation Agent that directs advanced room reservation systems and coordinates group reservations procedures. Provides functional assistance and direction to Revenue, Sales & Front Office team as require.
A little taste of your day-to-day
Every day is different at IHG, but you’ll mostly be:
- Handling Individual, group, corporate, and any bookings that needs to be attended and ensuring accurate entry into the system to avoid overbooking or underbooking.
- Making sure the accuracy of billing in each bookings in the system, regardless if it’s from OTA, website and offline bookings from Sales Department.
- Enhancing Guest Satisfaction by making sure to meet the standards of the guests’ through their booking preferences and personalized service.
- Assisting Sales Department in any Client’s site Inspections or any support needed in terms of sales tasks.
- Team coordination by working closely with the Front Office Team and to ensure smooth operations by supporting in terms of covering schedule or in any support needed.
- Drive a great working environment for teams to thrive – connect departments to create sense of one team
What we need from you
- Good communication and administrative skills
- Ability to be self-motivated, organized and demonstrate good team work
- Fluency in English
- Computer literacy (Microsoft applications)
- Opera
- Pro-active approach, and the ability to meet deadlines
