Holiday Inn Express Pokhara is a modern, internationally branded hotel located near Lakeside Road, close to Pokhara’s key tourist and commercial areas. The hotel offers 90 comfortable guest rooms, an all-day dining restaurant, bar & lounge, lobby lounge, a 213 sqm meeting and events space, and a fitness centre.

As Reservations Agent, you will assume full responsibility for the efficient operation of the Reservations department to provide exceptional products and services within brand operating standards.

A little taste of your day-to-day:  

 
Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be: 
Manage daily reservation operations, including processing bookings, advance deposits, and tracking future room availability
Assist in setting up PMS & CRS, updating inventory, pricing, and daily fluctuations according to guidelines from DOSM and Revenue Manager
Provide accurate information on room types, rates, packages, hotel services, credit policies, and reservation coding to guests and internal teams
Monitor and update free allotments, close-outs, and group/block bookings to maximize occupancy and revenue
Review cancellations, no-shows, adjustments, and ensure all reservations are complete with correct guest information and coding
Stay informed about market trends and competitor strategies to support optimal selling practices.
● Follow hotel policies, procedures, safety, and security protocols, maintaining high standards of service and accuracy

 
What We need from you:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to deal with difficult interactions and work under pressure
● 3–5-year prior experience working in a customer service function
Flexibility to respond to a variety of different work situations
A passion for delivering an exceptional level of guest service
