Location: Holiday Inn Kyoto Gojo

As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will support food & beverage service operations across our restaurant, café, and event spaces. This role is open from service staff to supervisor level depending on experience, and is ideal for someone who enjoys guest interaction, teamwork, and growing in an international hotel environment. No hotel experience is required.

• Provide food and beverage service in the restaurant, café, and event venues
• Welcome and seat guests, ensuring a friendly first impression
• Support buffet service, clearing tables, and maintaining service flow
• Serve beverages and light meals in the café
• Handle guest payments and service inquiries
• Manage reservations and daily service coordination
• Order and manage service supplies
• Support training and guidance of part-time service staff
• Scope of responsibilities will be adjusted based on experience

• Hotel experience not required — hospitality newcomers welcome
• Service experience in hotels, restaurants, cafés, lounges, or bars (1+ year preferred)
• English communication skills preferred
• Customer service experience welcomed

• Japanese proficiency required (polite business-level communication)
