This role provides advanced revenue management expertise and strategic guidance to hotel commercial team of new openings; Lead the hotel team to establish customized pricing strategy, inventory type workbook, rate structure and coordinate in revenue resources onboarding processes.

Your day to day
• Deliver expert-level analysis and recommendations on inventory type workbook, pricing, yield management, forecasting, and business mix to support new openings
• Lead the development and refinement of strategic revenue plans, including inventory type sell strategy, budgeting, ensuring alignment with market dynamics and business goals.
• Conduct in-depth market and competitor analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Guide the new opening’s commercial team to set up revenue tools and complete required training courses, identifying and driving improvements in revenue management systems and workflows.
• Facilitate and lead regular and ad-hoc review meetings with new openings and internal teams to monitor performance and adjust strategies as needed.
• Act as a subject matter expert and escalation point for complex revenue management issues within commercial new openings function.
• Collaborate with Commercial & Revenue Sub-Regions, RMH, Brand, Marketing, Loyalty and other stakeholders to ensure integrated and effective revenue management approaches.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of revenue management tools, methodologies, and reporting.

What we need from you
Education
• University degree in Hospitality
• Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
• Fluency in English

Experience
• Minimum 3-5 years of progressive experience in revenue management, preferably including roles such as Revenue Manager, Assistant Revenue Manager, or equivalent.
• Proven operational experience within the hospitality industry, such as Front Office or Reservations, is advantageous.
• Demonstrated expertise in revenue strategy development, forecasting, and yield management.
• Experience working with multiple hotel properties, portfolios, projects are preferred.

Technical Skills and Knowledge
• Strong analytical skills and project planning/management skills
• Advanced ability to analyze, interpret, and extract actionable insights from complex data sets.
• Strong understanding of market dynamics, competitor analysis, and business mix optimization.
• Display an understanding of the Chinese hospitality industry for different brands
• Proficient in Revenue Management Systems (RMS), and related revenue software tools.
• Familiarity with forecasting, budgeting, and financial reporting processes.
• Ability to leverage technology and data analytics to drive revenue growth and operational efficiency.
