We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Rooms Manager who will play a pivotal role in elevating the guest journey, ensuring seamless operations, and delivering exceptional service that exceeds expectations. Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:

• Drive a culture of luxury hospitality by ensuring every guest interaction is personalized, memorable, and aligned with InterContinental brand standards.

• Champion the "Inspire Incredible" service culture and ensure its consistent execution throughout the hotel.

• Develop and implement departmental strategies aligned with the hotel's business objectives.

• Build a high-performing team through succession planning, talent development, and performance management.

• Foster high colleague engagement through recognition, empowerment, inclusion and clear performance expectations.

   

What we need from you

• Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in a luxury or upscale hotel environment.

• Proven track record of delivering exceptional guest satisfaction and service excellence.

• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to influence, motivate, and develop teams to achieve outstanding results.

• Commercially minded with a strong understanding of hotel operations and performance metrics.

• Passion for luxury hospitality and creating unforgettable guest experiences.

• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
