A little taste of your day-to-day
Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:
- Warmly greet all guests upon arrival with a genuine smile and welcoming, creating a calm and inviting atmosphere.
- Manage the spa's booking system with precision and accuracy.
- Handle reservations for treatments, therapies, and spa packages via phone, email, and in-person.
- Optimize therapist schedules to maximize efficiency and guest satisfaction.
- Manage cancellations and reschedule appointments courteously and efficiently.
- Actively promote and upsell spa services and retail products based on guest needs and preferences.
- Adhere to all spa policies, procedures, and safety standards.
What we need from you
- Communication skills - guests will need to come to you with concerns as well as compliments, so you’ll be easy to talk to
- Your problem-solving skills will turn issues into opportunities so every guest leaves with great memories
- Fluency in the local language - extra language skills would be great, but not essential
- Literate and tech-savvy - you’ll need a good grasp of reading, writing, basic maths and computer skills
