A little taste of your day-to-day

Every day is differentbut you’ll mostly be:

  • Warmly greet all guests upon arrival with a genuine smile and welcoming, creating a calm and inviting atmosphere.
  • Manage the spa's booking system with precision and accuracy.
  • Handle reservations for treatments, therapies, and spa packages via phone, email, and in-person.
  • Optimize therapist schedules to maximize efficiency and guest satisfaction.
  • Manage cancellations and reschedule appointments courteously and efficiently.
  • Actively promote and upsell spa services and retail products based on guest needs and preferences. 
  • Adhere to all spa policies, procedures, and safety standards.

 

What we need from you

  • Communication skills - guests will need to come to you with concerns as well as compliments, so you’ll be easy to talk to 
  • Your problem-solving skills will turn issues into opportunities so every guest leaves with great memories 
  • Fluency in the local language - extra language skills would be great, but not essential 
  • Literate and tech-savvy - you’ll need a good grasp of reading, writing, basic maths and computer skills
