1、部门文件的收发、建档工作。
2、根据部门的业务需要，草拟稿件、打印、编号并发送至店内外有关部门、单位或客户。
3、收集和剪辑新闻媒介提供的信息资料，并予保存。
4、做好本部门各销售市场的档案管理工作。
5、做好部门的例会记录、电话留言记录，并及时通知当事人员。
6、编制部门员工的每月考勤。
7、负责来访客人的接待，要求耐心、微笑、彬彬有礼。
1、能用英语进行交谈，熟练使用电脑及上网操作。
2、有较好的组织协调能力、语言表达能力及理解能力。有敬业精神及团队意识。
