We’re searching for a Sales Manager to support our commercial team in generating revenue opportunities across corporate, government, leisure, and group segments while strengthening the hotel’s market presence.
A little taste of your day-to-day:
Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:
●Managing and developing sales activities across assigned market segments including corporate, government, leisure, and group business
● Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential clients to drive room, banquet, and overall hotel revenue
● Conducting sales calls, client meetings, networking activities, and site inspections to promote hotel facilities and services
● Identifying new business opportunities, market trends, and competitive insights to support revenue growth strategies
● Coordinating closely with Revenue, Reservations, Food & Beverage, and Operations teams to ensure seamless guest and client experiences
● Preparing sales reports, forecasts, account plans, and market analysis to support commercial objectives
● Representing the hotel at industry events, trade shows, and business networking opportunities as required
● Ensuring all sales activities align with hotel policies, brand standards, and commercial goals
What We need from you:
● Bachelor’s degree or higher education qualification in Hospitality, Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred
● Minimum 4–6 years of sales experience within the hospitality industry, including experience handling corporate, government, leisure, or group segments preferred
● Strong knowledge of hotel sales processes, market segmentation, and revenue generation strategies
● Excellent communication, negotiation, networking, and relationship-building skills
● Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities in a fast-paced environment
● Familiarity with hotel sales systems, CRM platforms, and Microsoft Office preferred
● Self-motivated, results-driven, and passionate about delivering exceptional client experiences
