Key Responsibilities:

Sales Acquisition & Retention:

  • Identify, qualify, and solicit new business across key segments.
  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients.
  • Conduct sales calls, virtual meetings, and site inspections.
  • Achieve monthly and annual revenue targets as assigned.

Account Management:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date account information in CRM tools (Opera/Concerto).
  • Prepare and follow up on proposals, contracts, and group negotiations.
  • Resolve client issues promptly and ensure high satisfaction levels.

Coordination & Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the Revenue and Marketing teams to optimize rates and packages.
  • Coordinate with operations to ensure service expectations for clients are met.
  • Support Senior Sales Manager in strategic planning and departmental initiatives.

Reporting:

  • Maintain sales reports, activity logs, and performance metrics.
  • Monitor competitor activity and market trends to adjust tactics accordingly.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Sales, Business, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in hotel sales; IHG experience preferred.
  • Good knowledge of the Bengaluru hospitality market.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Opera, Delphi, and IHG systems is a plus.
