- Storage, update department documents and report
- Management and Sort security department form, office material equipment, interview information
- Be responsible for stationery order, management for department
- Be responsible for Cadena update, Record and disseminate important information in department briefings, monitor work of security officer
- Support Security Officer to control situation in FCC room and support security officer if need. Receive information, record from security officer about spoiled equipment
- Support Security Officer to control check point, patrol areas, monitor CCTV
- Coordinate with other departments for related tasks
- Be responsible in keeping our property safe and secure, to participate in any hotel activity related to Fire Life safety
- Be a friendly face and helping hand to our guests
- Look smart – wear your uniform with pride
- Other ad-hoc duties – unexpected moments when we have to pull together to get a task done
- May assist with other duties as assigned by management
