We’re searching for a Security Supervisor to support our Security team in maintaining the highest standards of safety, security, and operational readiness at Crowne Plaza Kathmandu Pulchowk.

A little taste of your day-to-day:

Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:
● Supervising daily security operations and supporting security colleagues to ensure a safe and secure environment throughout the hotel
● Monitoring guest areas, back-of-house operations, entrances, exits, and hotel premises to maintain safety and prevent security risks
● Responding promptly to incidents, emergencies, guest concerns, and safety situations in a professional and efficient manner
● Conducting routine patrols, inspections, and security checks across guest rooms, public areas, and operational spaces
● Coordinating closely with Front Office, Engineering, Housekeeping, and other departments to support smooth hotel operations and emergency response procedures
● Assisting in monitoring CCTV systems, access control measures, and security equipment to ensure operational effectiveness
● Supporting investigations, incident reporting, and documentation related to safety and security matters
● Ensuring compliance with hotel policies, fire & life safety procedures, workplace safety standards, and local regulatory requirements

What We need from you:

● Diploma or higher education qualification in Security Management, Hospitality, or related field preferred
● Minimum 3–5 years of security or safety experience within a hotel, commercial property, or similar environment, including supervisory exposure preferred
● Strong understanding of hotel security operations, emergency response procedures, and fire & life safety standards
● Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
● Ability to remain calm, professional, and responsive during emergencies and operational challenges
● Familiarity with CCTV systems, incident reporting, and security procedures preferred
● Knowledge of workplace safety, fire safety, and local security compliance standards as required by local regulations
