A little taste of your day-to-day:

Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:

  • Reviewing security reports, incident logs, and shift handovers to assess any overnight issues or ongoing concerns.
  • Conduct a briefing with security supervisors and team leads to align on daily operations, guest movements, VIP arrivals, and event coverage.
  • Collaborate with HR and department heads to plan manpower deployment, manage outsourcing needs, and monitor payroll efficiency.
  • Engage with hotel guests, local authorities, and departmental teams to maintain high service standards and address any safety concerns.
  • Oversee training sessions, ensure compliance with safety procedures, and review departmental performance metrics for continuous improvement.

     

What We need from you:

  • Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 6 years of experience in security and safety and/or military or law enforcement, including supervisory experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Must speak the local language(s); additional languages are a plus
  • Strong knowledge of emergency procedures, crisis management, and incident reporting
  • Proven ability to lead teams, manage multiple shifts, and liaise effectively with local law enforcement and emergency services
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to train, mentor, and motivate staff
