At IHG Hotels & Resorts, we’re looking for a commercially driven, analytically minded leader to join our high-performing Commercial Insights team. If you’re passionate about turning data into decisions and enjoy working in a fast-paced, matrixed environment - this is your opportunity to shape regional performance at scale.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide regular reporting and actionable insights on commercial performance across EMEAA, supporting strategic decision-making.
  • Act as a trusted partner to regional and global stakeholders, supporting deep dives, ad hoc analysis and the roll-out of global initiatives.
  • Drive prioritisation models and hotel performance targeting in collaboration with regional teams.
  • Lead and develop a team of two analysts, promoting a high-performance and collaborative culture.
  • Own and enhance reporting processes, tools and methodologies, championing best practices and a self-serve data approach.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 5+ years’ experience in analytics, revenue or commercial performance, ideally within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong technical skills across Excel, data visualisation (e.g. Tableau), and presentation software.
  • A strategic mindset and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels in a matrixed organisation.
  • Proven track record of working with commercial leaders, with excellent communication and storytelling skills.
  • Someone naturally curious, detail-oriented and proactive — always looking for new opportunities to drive performance and challenge the status quo.
