Fully responsible for revenue strategy implementation, team management, and talent development for key hotels within the RMH Team. Through professional revenue management tools and methodologies, lead the team to achieve annual revenue targets while empowering team members' growth, promoting efficient execution of RMH projects and processes, and contributing core value to the group's overall revenue growth.

Your day to day
1. Team Management and Talent Development
• Lead of up to 11 RMH members, establish team annual objectives and performance plans. Conduct regular performance coaching, feedback, and motivation to ensure team members' individual goals are aligned with team and group objectives, driving the team to efficiently achieve KPIs.
• Lead team talent pipeline development, covering recruitment and selection, onboarding, skills training, and career development planning. Serve as exclusive mentor for B7 High Potential (HIPO) talents, providing one-on-one professional guidance and growth path support.
2. Revenue Strategy Execution and Hotel Support
• Deeply master revenue management principles and practical techniques, lead the team in deep analysis of market trends and revenue opportunity identification. Develop and implement revenue maximization strategies for sub-regional key hotels (1-2 strategic/key hotels), covering pricing systems, inventory control, and pricing structure optimization. Lead full lifecycle management of RMH projects and processes, including project initiation, resource coordination, risk anticipation and control, deliverable delivery and review.
• Assume primary responsibility for hotel revenue performance in the sub-region, regularly review core indicators such as RevPAR and RGI. Develop actionable improvement plans for performance gaps and drive execution to ensure steady hotel revenue improvement.
3. Cross Departmental Collaboration and Market Insights
• Maintain close and efficient communication with hotel management (General Managers, Directors of Sales and Marketing, etc.).
• Lead cross-departmental collaboration initiatives with Sales, Operations, Reservation Center, and Commercial Leaders to ensure seamless execution of revenue strategies and alignment with group business objectives.
• Continuously monitor industry dynamics, policy changes, and competitor activities, dynamically adjust team revenue management strategies based on regional market characteristics and demand drivers.

What we need from you
Education
Bachelor's degree or above in Hotel Management, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, or related fields is preferred.
Experience
• More than 5 years of hotel revenue management related work experience, including at least 2 years of team management experience (leading teams of 5 or more members).
• Experience in centralized revenue management or regional revenue management at international hotel groups is preferred, with familiarity with the full lifecycle of RMH projects and processes.

• Deep mastery of core revenue management principles, market trend analysis methods, and pricing strategy development logic, with ability to accurately identify revenue opportunities and drive execution.
• Strong data interpretation, trend extraction, and logical analysis capabilities.

• Efficient multi-task handling capabilities, able to orderly advance various tasks under high-pressure environments and ensure business deadlines are met.
• Good project execution capabilities.
• Results-oriented, able to achieve work objectives within specified deadlines.

People Management Skills:
• High leadership maturity, skilled in talent development, performance coaching, and team motivation, able to effectively inspire team member potential and enhance overall team combat effectiveness.
• Excellent upward management and horizontal collaboration capabilities, able to promote cross-departmental and cross-level business collaboration and efficiently resolve collaboration issues.
