This role will act as operations hotel communication content creator, hotel impacting program governance tracker, “Hotel ready” guardian for comms channels, and meeting organiser for ops essential calls/events
Your day to day
Hotel Communications
- You will be responsible for Operations hotel communications channels as content delivery guardian.
- You will be responsible for ops essential call/event organization, including hotel communications, registration tracking & report, meeting content frame daft & collection,etc
- You will be responsible for hotel communication content writing
Hotel Ready Process
- You will be responsible for Ops Forum (Program Review Meeting) organizing & facilitating.
- You will be responsible for the first round of project content review and feedback with the project leader, reviewing the completeness of the project's basic information and its operational feasibility based on program management checklist.
- You will be responsible for leading hotel interviews for high-impact programs post-review
- You will be responsible for tracking and recording the completion of all program measurements and generating quarterly reports.
What we need from you
- Extensive experience in marketing communications, project management, event organisation roles, and partnering operational stakeholder groups
- knowledge and experience of communication methodologies and hotel operations
- High level of business acumen, well-organised, change management, and issue resolution
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality & Tourism management or similar field, equivalent professional qualification
- Fluent in spoken and written Chinese & English
- Strong writing skills for both formal & creative content
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills to higher levels.
- Strong project management skills
- Strong meeting/event organization skills
- Hunger to continuously learn and share creative communication ideas.
