【岗位职责】
依照销售计划根据各自的市场执行相应的销售活动;
积极参与完成部门销售任务,为整个部门达到销售预算做出贡献;
紧密的跟进所负责的客户的收入产量,以及与会务团队相关的生意;
协助团队销售总监预测未来会议会展房间的收入;
参与主要的旅行社和会议的活动并促进酒店销售(房间,宴会,服务以及其他设施);
负责所有会议会展客户参观酒店并制定后期跟进计划;
与客户洽谈所有相关团队、会议、户外活动等,并签订协议。跟进具体在店活动;
完成任何其他合理的职责和被指派的职责。
【岗位要求】
具有市场调查和预测能力,及时掌握市场动态,并能综合分析,提出相应的措施和合理的建议;
有较强的语言表达能力;
良好的人际交往和沟通技巧;
独立工作和团队合作的能力。
