Senior Sous Chef

We’re looking for a Senior Sous Chef to support our culinary team, and ensure the highest standards of quality, consistency, and presentation across our kitchens. From inspiring the team to maintaining exceptional kitchen operations, you’ll play a key role in creating memorable dining experiences for our guests.

A little taste of your day-to-day Every day is different,

but you’ll mostly be:

• Leading and supporting the kitchen team to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations

• Assisting the Executive Chef & Executive Sous Chef in maintaining high standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency

• Supervising food preparation, cooking, and service to ensure recipes and brand standards are followed

• Monitoring food quality, portion control, hygiene, and food safety standards

• Coaching, training, and developing junior chefs and kitchen colleagues

• Managing kitchen operations during service and ensuring timely delivery of dishes

• Supporting stock control, ordering, receiving, and proper storage of food and supplies

• Monitoring kitchen equipment and ensuring a clean, safe, and well-organised working environment

• Assisting with menu preparation, specials, and new culinary ideas

• Taking the lead in the kitchen when required and
