But could you be the one helping lead our culinary team to deliver outstanding experiences for every guest? We’re searching for a Sous Chef to support our kitchen operations and assist in delivering high-quality cuisine, efficient operations, and exceptional culinary standards across our dining outlets and banquet operations.
A little taste of your day-to-day:
Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:
● Supporting the Executive Chef in the daily management of kitchen operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery
● Supervising culinary colleagues and assisting in maintaining high standards of food preparation, presentation, and quality across all outlets
● Assisting with menu planning, recipe development, and seasonal offerings aligned with guest preferences and brand standards
● Monitoring food quality, portion control, and kitchen hygiene to ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
● Coordinating with Food & Beverage, Stewarding, and Purchasing teams to support daily operations and banquet functions
● Assisting with inventory management, ordering, cost control, and minimizing food waste
● Supporting training, coaching, and development of culinary team members to maintain a positive and high-performing kitchen environment
● Ensuring kitchen equipment and work areas are maintained in a clean, safe, and organized condition
What We need from you:
● Diploma or higher education qualification in Culinary Arts, Hotel Management, or related field preferred
● Minimum 5–7 years of culinary experience within a hotel or upscale restaurant environment, including supervisory experience preferred
● Strong knowledge of food preparation, kitchen operations, and culinary techniques
● Ability to lead and motivate teams in a fast-paced hospitality environment
● Good communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
● Creativity and passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences
● Knowledge of HACCP, food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety standards as required by local regulations
