We are looking for a passionate and experienced Spa & Wellness Manager to lead our wellness operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences while driving business performance and team engagement.

 

A little taste of your day-to-day

 

  • Oversee the daily operations of the spa, fitness, and wellness facilities

  • Ensure delivery of high-quality treatments and services aligned with brand standards

  • Lead, train, and motivate the spa team to achieve service excellence

  • Develop and implement wellness programs, promotions, and revenue strategies

  • Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control

  • Maintain hygiene, safety, and compliance with local regulations and IHG policies

  • Manage guest feedback and ensure prompt resolution of concerns

  • Collaborate with other departments to enhance overall guest experience

 

 

What do we need from you?

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Wellness Management, or related field

  • Certification in Spa Management, Wellness Therapy, or Fitness (preferred)

  • Professional certifications in recognized wellness disciplines (e.g., massage therapy, aesthetics, or fitness training) are an advantage

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in spa or wellness management within a luxury hotel or resort

  • Proven track record in managing spa operations, revenue generation, and team leadership

  • Experience within an international hotel brand (preferably IHG or similar) is highly desirable

  • Strong leadership and team management skills

  • Excellent guest service and communication abilities

  • Business acumen with focus on revenue and profitability

  • Knowledge of wellness trends, spa treatments, and health programs

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment

  • High attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
