1. Operations

• Allocate tasks, monitor daily activities, and ensure compliance with turnaround time (TAT) and accuracy standards.

• Ensure the timely and accurate application of incoming payments as per customer remittance advice.

• Collaborate closely with the Collections team to resolve unapplied and unidentified payments.

• Coordinate with the Bank Reconciliation team to address open item queries efficiently.

2. Compliance & Controls

• Ensure all cash applications strictly follow remittance details provided by customers.

• Maintain and regularly update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), cheat sheets, and process documentation.

3.  Audit Support

• Respond to internal and external audit queries with appropriate backup and documentation.

• Ensure audit compliance by maintaining accurate records and controls.

4. Reporting & Analysis

• Help in preapring monthly KPI dashboards- automation report, Accuracy rate, Volume of payments

• Provide insights on process performance and highlight areas for improvement.

5. Process Improvement

• Continuously assess current processes and identify opportunities for automation and increased efficiency.

Key Metrics

• Process: Responsible for Revenue Assurance Process including but not limited to review of reports and/or financial statements such as trends, balance sheet account reconciliations, schedules etc.

• Compliance: Ensure accounts are compliant to regulatory/ group requirements and adequate documentation.

• Efficiency: Proactively identify and implement process improvements in consultation with supervisor.

• Team: Manage team at sub process level including hiring, training, and reviewing.

Required Education, Experience, Technical Skills and Knowledge

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field of work or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience.

• Master’s degree in finance with relevant field of work experience ( Preferred)

Experience

• A minimum of 4-5 years progressive work-related experience with demonstrated proficiency and understanding in one or more functions related to the position
