Role Summary:
The Senior Product Manager – CRM will be responsible for specializing in Marketing and Digital experiences tied to CRM by defining and leading the product strategy and roadmap for omni-channel digital guest experiences. This leader will work closely with Marketing and Digital Team stakeholders and ensure alignment with enterprise priorities and guest needs. This role will work closely with the Omni-Channel CRM Experience Lead to shape and deliver a holistic, end-to-end CRM guest experience.
Your Day to Day:
- Deliver data-driven features to enhance the guest journey in Marketing and Loyalty, leveraging customer insights for product requirements.
- Stay ahead of industry trends to identify new opportunities for differentiation in customer experience.
- Manage strategic delivery of programs and projects, reporting anomalies to senior management and optimizing resource allocation.
- Provide technical leadership to Project and Program Managers, ensuring adherence to development standards and departmental processes.
- Oversee process improvements for project workflow, lead governance meetings, and evaluate post-project outcomes to ensure strategic goals are met.
What We Need From You:
- 10+ years of progressive experience with expertise in multiple disciplines and technologies relevant to project and program management.
- In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., SDLC, CMMI, PMBOK, Six Sigma) and change management processes.
- Proven program management experience in executing large-scale projects from conception to implementation, translating business requirements into technical specifications.
- Strong leadership skills in managing multi-disciplinary teams, with a focus on adaptability and decisiveness in a technology environment.
- Excellent communication and consulting skills, with proficiency in project management tools and a commitment to outstanding customer satisfaction; PMP or similar certification preferred.
Location – Atlanta GA (Hybrid – in office 3 days a week)
The salary range for this role is $58,834 to $170,000. This role is also eligible for bonus pay (as applicable). We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401K, and other benefits to employee.
