This role will drive and deliver an outstanding stay experience on property for our guests through our digital product & platforms. Leverage the guest/consumer study and insights, define business cases, use cases, requirements documentation, prioritization, and manage the entire product life cycle.

Your day to day

•    Defines and documents the product use cases and business requirements.
•    Bridges technical, design, and business to deliver the best digital experience to guests. Work closely with designers, developers, and testers throughout the life cycle of the digital products.
•    Monitoring product development, focusing on analysing, positioning, and tailoring the product into what guests need.
•    Defines and documents digital product use cases and creates business requirement documents (BRD) for global projects
•    Identify user needs and represent the "voice of the guest" to the development team
•    Schedule Features and Capabilities for Release using the Roadmap
•    Consolidate/communicate feature-level estimates from all teams
•    Facilitate the cross-team collaboration with partners to deliver on an initiative

What we need from you

Education – Bachelor's or Master’s degree in an IT-related discipline, Business Analytics, User experience Management, or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience

Experience – 3 to 5 years’ progressive experience with demonstrated proficiency in Digital Guest Product/Technology experience, and consumer-facing industry.
Required Skills –
•    Understanding of Agile software development methodologies
•    Excellent follow up to ensure tasks are being delivered according to plan.
•    Strong communication skills
•    Fluent in Chinese and English
