Role Purpose
This role is key to supporting corporate headcount growth and advancing our location strategy through a centralized global intake process. As a specialized expert in niche, hard-to-fill, and global hiring, the Talent Acquisition Business Partner will build high-impact corporate teams across functions like Analytics, Finance, GC&M, and HR to name a few. The role connects business strategy with talent execution by sourcing top talent in competitive markets in various industries and regions, aligning with workforce plans, and scaling hiring across emerging and strategic locations.
Key Accountabilities
- Act as an SME (Subject Matter Expert) on niche roles, and Talent Acquisition best practices.
- Managing hiring initiatives and developing strategies for identifying and attracting niche and hard-to-fill roles above talent across all functional areas, ensuring an exceptional candidate and hiring leader experience.
- Leverage talent landscape knowledge and insights from analytics to build and inform hiring strategies and decisions
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with both candidates and senior leadership
- Proactively build a pipeline of highly qualified and diverse talent
- Role model effective ways of working, best practice, external experience applied internally the right way becoming a go-to advisor on hiring
- Navigate complex offer scenarios and compensation structures, including equity, relocation, and niche market premiums.
- Stay current on talent trends, compensation benchmarks, and emerging hiring practices in your assigned technical verticals.
Education
Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field of work or an equivalent combination of education and work related experience.
Experience
- 6–10 years of full-cycle recruiting, with at least 3+ years focused on niche/executive (technical or corporate) roles
- Experience hiring across multiple global regions (e.g., EMEA, APAC, LATAM, North America)
- Prior exposure to location strategy or workforce expansion projects for niche and/or corporate roles
- Strong track record of filling high-impact roles in competitive markets
- Proven experience working with cross-functional partners (HRBP, Total Rewards, Employer Branding, Finance)
