Short Description
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for and high-volume hiring needs in Grenada. This role involves full-cycle recruiting, from sourcing and screening candidates to managing the offer process, ensuring we meet the talent demands across various departments. The ideal candidate will be a proactive, detail-oriented professional who can manage competing priorities and deliver high-quality candidates for specialized roles and large-scale recruitment projects.
Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:
Developing and executing recruitment strategies aligned with the hotel's staffing needs and standards.
Writing job descriptions, posting vacancies on relevant platforms, and managing advertising campaigns to attract qualified candidates.
Reviewing resumes, conducting initial screenings, and shortlisting candidates based on qualifications and fit for the hotel's culture.
Scheduling and conducting interviews with candidates, both in-person and remotely, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout.
Collaborating with hiring managers to make final hiring decisions, negotiating job offers, and coordinating the onboarding process for new hires.
Building and maintaining a pipeline of potential candidates for future hiring needs, including networking and attending industry events.
Ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations, maintaining accurate recruitment records, and handling related documentation.
Promoting the hotel as an employer of choice through various channels, enhancing its reputation and attractiveness to potential candidates.
Providing support to other HR functions as needed, such as training and development initiatives, employee relations, and performance management.
Utilizing recruitment metrics and analytics to evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and make data-driven improvements.
To conduct exit interviews and to create statistics accordingly
To ensure that the new colleague will be provided with an outstanding on-boarding experience
What We need from you:
Bachelor’s Degree or similar qualification in Human Resources field is required
Minimum of 1-3 years background in Recruitment position within the Human Resources Department in the Caribbean.
Ability to maintain confidentiality to the extent possible in all Human Resources-related matters. Other languages preferred
Knowledge of the Grenada Law will be an added advantage.
