Team Leader - Global Procurement Support (813718)

Role Purpose

To be responsible for supporting the Digital Systems team managing and supporting the Digital Strategy for systems, data, reporting, business as usual & project based activities. 

Key Accountabilities

• The Data & Program specialist supports the programme lead in the delivery of Digital projects. You must be able to demonstrate excellent project management skills as you will have several projects running at the same time. 
• Be prepared to learn new technologies and support in a variety of different ways.
• Interpret data, analyse results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports
• Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases/data systems • Identify, analyse, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets 
• Data cleansing and transformation 
• Participate in the continued improvement of data, processes and procedures within the programme and participate in the development of standard operating procedures. 
• Build effective working relationships across the programme and to achieve results in a responsible and collaborative manner. • Communicate and present ideas and concepts clearly and convincingly 

Key Skills & Experiences

Educational Attainment:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Analytics other related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Critical Expertise & Experience:

• 3 year minimum+ working in a project management role, systems/digital environment preferred
• Demonstrable experience as a data analyst, business analyst
• Experienced working in a global company, contributing to multiple projects virtually
• Language skills: English

Technical Skills & Knowledge:

• Strong project management skills
• Technical expertise regarding data models, database design development, data mining and segmentation techniques
• Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analysing datasets (Excel, SPSS, SAS etc)
• Adept at queries, report writing and presenting findings. 
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyse, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Programming experience: Python/ R
• Preferred P2P, S2P & analytic systems experience
• Stakeholder Management experience
• Is able to work independently, and to work effectively as part of a team.
• Works to tight deadlines with superb technical ability is a must for this role along with being highly organised and able to work calmly under pressure
