岗位职责/职位描述
1、在餐厅适当的欢迎宾客和有可能的宾客，使用技能和个人的社交技巧使客人获得最好的体验。
2、按照酒店的规定保持工服和个人仪表的高标准。
3、陪同客人前往喜欢的餐台或预订的餐台，按餐厅标准安排客人就坐。
4、周到的为客人服务，并尽可能解决客人的投诉，向上级领到报告所有事件。
5、协助饮料服务。
6、协助食品服务。
7、对菜单有具体的了解，包括每日特价。
8、安全的举餐盘使破损将到最低。
Job Responsibilities / Job Description1. Appropriately welcome guests and potential guests in the restaurant, using skills and personal social abilities to ensure the best experience for guests.2. Maintain high standards of uniform and personal appearance according to hotel regulations.3. Accompany guests to their preferred or reserved tables and seat them according to restaurant standards.4. Provide thoughtful service to guests, resolve complaints as much as possible, and report all incidents to superiors.5. Assist with beverage service.6. Assist with food service.7. Have a precise understanding of the menu, including daily specials.8. Serve meals safely to minimize breakage.
