Your day to day

Teamwork will be fundamental to your success as you provide warm and personalised service to the resorts colleagues across the Hayman Village Café, Store and Bar.

Hayman Village is home to over 300 colleagues and has a dedicated team of colleagues to ensure the smooth operation of all the staff facilities. As an attendant you will prepare and pour drinks during opening hours of the staff bar, assist on a la carte dining nights and special events & work in the convenience store serving fresh coffee, fresh food specials and essential items (if needed).  

You will also have the opportunity to gain exposure across operational roles, providing an excellent professional development for the right person. 

What we need from you

We are looking for enthusiastic and professional team players who knows how to deliver great service and exceed guest expectations. The ideal candidate will have:

• Previous experience as a Bar tender desirable (within a fast paced bar, pub, bistro, hotel environment).
• Excellent communication skills, seeing problems as opportunities and having a can do attitude.
• Exposure to coffee & cocktail making.
• QLD RSA & Open drivers license.
