About Kimpton Riyadh

Located in the iconic King Abdullah Financial District (KAFD), Kimpton Riyadh brings the brand’s playful energy, infectious personality, and bold design to the heart of the Saudi capital. Just 22 km from the airport, the hotel features 212 guest rooms and suites, along with a selection of unique dining venues. As part of a LEED-certified development that includes luxury residences and world-class venues, Kimpton Riyadh sets a new standard for hospitality in the region.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities 

• Guest Service: Greet guests warmly, take accurate food and beverage orders, and deliver them efficiently and professionally.
• Dining Experience: Ensure each guest has an exceptional and personalized dining experience, both in presentation and service.
• Menu Knowledge: Maintain thorough knowledge of all menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods to confidently assist guests with inquiries or recommendations.
• Cleanliness & Setup: Prepare tables, maintain cleanliness in the dining area, and follow hygiene standards before, during, and after service.
• Coordination: Work closely with kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless service and timely delivery of orders.
• Billing & Payments: Accurately handle billing and payment procedures while ensuring a smooth guest checkout experience.
• Guest Feedback: Respond to guest concerns or special requests with professionalism, ensuring issues are resolved promptly.

What We Need From You

We are looking for someone who brings energy, attentiveness, and a genuine passion for hospitality. Ideally, you’ll have:

• High Diploma or equivalent in Hospitality Management or related field
• 2–3 years of experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel or restaurant environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Previous experience working in the GCC region is a plus
• Fluent in English (Arabic is preferred)

Teamwork & Flexibility

All team members are expected to demonstrate flexibility and a collaborative attitude. During peak periods or special events, responsibilities may extend beyond core duties. A strong team spirit and willingness to support colleagues are vital to maintaining Kimpton’s high standards of service.
