A little taste of your day-to-day:

Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:
● Welcoming guests and taking food & beverage orders 
● Providing menu recommendations and answering questions with confidence and clarity
● Serving dishes and drinks promptly, professionally, and with genuine hospitality
● Handling guest requests or concerns smoothly and effectively
● Maintaining cleanliness and organisation across the dining area and service stations
● Collaborating with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth and efficient service

What we need from you:

● Excellent communication skills in Chinese and English
● Previous experience in a similar restaurant or hotel service role is preferred
● A friendly, warm, and professional approach to guest service
● Ability to stay calm and efficient in a fast-paced environment
● Great attention to detail and pride in presentation
● Strong time management and reliability
● A genuine interest in people and creating memorable dining experiences
