Your Day to Day

In this dynamic, multifaceted role, you’ll be the heartbeat behind two vital guest touchpoints: the gym and the lobby. Your attention to detail and proactive attitude will ensure that our fitness space is always pristine, safe, and inviting. You’ll regularly clean, inspect and maintain the gym and gym equipment to guarantee everything is in perfect working order, replenish fresh towels and amenities, and create an atmosphere that motivates and energizes our guests to stay active and refreshed.

Beyond the gym, you’ll be a friendly and dependable presence in the lobby, where your assistance will make a real difference in guest experiences. Whether it’s helping with luggage handling, escorting guests to their rooms, coordinating deliveries, or responding swiftly to guest requests, you’ll be the go-to person for seamless service. You’ll provide clear, helpful directions, arrange transportation, and most importantly, greet every guest with a warm, genuine smile that sets the tone for their stay.

Your role is key in creating a welcoming, efficient environment that leaves guests feeling cared for and valued from the moment they walk in until their last goodbye.

What We Need From You

We’re looking for someone who’s friendly, active, and naturally helpful; someone who enjoys staying on the move, jumping into different tasks, and being around people from all over the world. You don’t need to have years of hotel experience; what really matters is your positive attitude, team spirit, and willingness to learn.
